its a good university. there's no good or  bad university. you have to study and prove yourself there. check the alumni of the university in linkedin that will give a rough idea. germany has good opportunities in data science. i will suggest you learn the german basics here and then continue there. visa for germany will be easy to get. complete the other things first including getting an admit. once done, visa will not be a problem at all.
