**Loan Interest Analysis:**

- Loans can be at Floating or Fixed Rates.
- With Floating Rates, costs are similar due to Interest Rate Parity.
- Assuming: Indian Loan @10%, US Loan @8%, initial exchange rate: 1$=Rs. x.
- US loan interest for $100: $8 or Rs. 8y.
- Indian loan interest for Rs. 100x: Rs. 10x.
- To equate: y=1.25x. 
- If Rs falls >25% against $, Indian loan is cheaper. If <25%, US loan is cheaper.
