I need to ask regarding WES refund policy as based on requirements for the MS in Electrical Engineering in University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, they have mentioned for any graduate program you must send a course by course evaluation through one of the NACES member. Based on which I registered to WES (World Education Services) and paid $249 along with submitting the application to the university. Two days later, I got a message from the university that you need to send the documents directly to the university. I asked them for WES, to which they said that the course you're applying WES is not required.
Can anyone tell me that if I cancel my order of WES will I'll be getting any refund for the amount I paid.
