I haven't received the decision from UCF, what should I do? I am really anxious about it. Can anyone help me out.

I tried to contact the Computer Science Department regarding the status of my application for fall 2024 Masters. I applied on December 2023 and its May 2024 and still haven't got any update on my application. The department is not even answering the phone calls. What should I do?? Someone please help me out.
