I have seen many universities(like UMCP, UCinn, UArizona..) are asking for a minimum score 7.0. Could someone please tell me if this criteria should be met for sure or is there any chance that this won't be a concern if other acads are good enough(like CGPA-8+, GRE 300+, 3yrs Work Ex.)?
