I have got admit for MS in Data Science in TU Dortmund beginning this summer 2020. There's no tution

I have got admit for MS in Data Science in TU Dortmund beginning this summer 2020. There's no tution fee and the semester fee is ~€300. Can anyone please tell me how much I should show in my blocked account? And also how much should I apply loan for? Any help is appreciated.
