Ncsu has top networks program. Your admit by USC is for CE and you are interested in networks, then why are you thinking about USC. Go for ncsu

At 2.56 you have posted that you will be attending NCSU and at 3.10 you are saying that you are confused. And you are clearly interested in networks. Wow!!! Great

Ncsu is a great school for Networks. Ncsu is one of the top employer preferred universities. Reputation of NCSU Engineering programs are High. If you are interested in networks I would suggest u to go with ncsu. Be noted that funding scene is not that great at NCSU
