I have a really bad grade in my 10,11 like c mainly so is Is there any way to get into any gud college if i get gud score in SAT and TOEFL,While having bad score like "c-b" in 9,10,11 and "A-B" in 12th I'm Indian

Let me know if u guys can help me out i m feeling so guilty now. If there is any way or i should try indian college only
