I have a doubt in the Northeastern University application for MS in CS. In the supplementary section programming experience part should we fill in the lines of code. If yes, what range should it generally be?

I filled it according to the amount of work i have done in the language. Like for Java i wrote 1500 coz i have done an entire project in Java and it must be those many lines of code easily. For languages like c or c++ its not much so i wrote 500

@aniketda1995 Hey, for the part about courses and textbook, yes you can upload an excel sheet with the courses and their corresponding textbooks (for CS related coursework) and grade (though its very tedious work to do, so just go to your syllabus page and write them down), thats what I did. Hope this helps.
