You can..but should you? Best approach is to do bachelor's here and do masters abroad as Siddu said

Yes u can U must take SAT exam Remember it's very expensive to study undergraduation in abroad - Total Tuition fee will be in crores ( 1- 1.5cr) for Engineering If medicine, It Costs around 2-3cr. See more
