UC irvine VS UC Sd for Data Science Fall '23

Please help me choose betweenambitious universities i.e UCI and UCSD.
My profile:-
Gpa:-9.2/10
Research paper:- 2 (International) in ML, AI
Projects :- 6 capstone in relevant field.
Internships:- 3 (2months + 2months + 6months)
GRE:- 313 ( it's waives off for these 2 so.. )
Toefl:-102
I've already applied to
ASU(CS) ,SJSU, SDSU,USC,NEU,IUB,SFSU.
and looking for an ambitious pick for my profile
So please choose a university from these two and tell what % chance do i have ?
