Keeping VLSI and Integrated circuits in mind, in which order you will rank the following universities? (I am in dilemma of choosing some good universities which can act as moderate/safe ones)
1. University of Minnesota, Twin cities
2. NCSU
3. University of Maryland, CP
4. University of Florida
Also, how is Purdue for the VLSI related field?? ( considering it as one of my ambitious options)
