Hey guys! Help me shortlist universities based on my profile here:
I haven't taken the actual GRE yet (it's in a month), my scores on practice tests (manhattan prep, princeton review) are 
322 (161 v, 161 q), 320 (158 v, 162 q)
undergrad - ~82%
research paper - 1 national
work exp - ~ 1 yr at fortune 500 company
i have done proficience course from IISc in data science, and also done nanodegree in AI with scholarship.

Here's my list so far:
Lottery - UIUC, Cornell, UC San Diego, UT Austin, UCLA, USC
Dream - Purdue, Princeton, Georgia Tech, Yale, Dartmouth, Brown, Duke, Columbia, UPenn
Reach - Madison, U Michigan Ann Arbor, UMass.

I need to cut my list short, and would greatly benefit from a third person's view. 
Please be brutal and honest in your recommendations and advice.

Your list is basically all the best universities in the US. Put some filters like location preference, fee structure, research and curriculum.
Also your credentials are fine but all that matters is how you project them. That is gauged from your SoP and LORs. 
82% is great but some colleges put higher preference to undergrad score and so in a cut throat competition for the colleges you want..it may be a negative to the profile.
