I had the same problem for TOEFL. People at ets changed it in 2 days time. Maybe give them a call and let them know that it is urgent. I'm sure they respond quickly. Good luck! See more

But according to their earlier mail they said it will take 10 business days but my GRE is scheduled on 11th August, do you think it will be changed in 2 days ? Any experience with this... Thanks! Yes, it can be a problem. Send them an email and ask them to change it according to your passport. (Attach passport as proof) They'll do it in 2 days time See more
