Nope it won't be a  problem at all, In fact its wise thing to apply 3-4 universities at a time, so that you secure admission. Getting multiple I20s does not affect your visa chances or create a problem with the schools. They know that everyone applies to multiple schools and can choose something else later on. At the time of interview, visa officer may ask which all universities you had applied, then you can say that you had shortlisted those universities which you got i20 from and why you finalized the one you are going to.
