Need help for selecting university ????

UG - B. Tech Civil engineering
CGPA 9.1 / 10 Rank 4 in class of 120 students

Work experience - 3 internships during UG studies

Currently working as Structure designer since July 2016

Goal - MS in Civil engineering with majors in Structure Engineering

GRE - Q 163 V 148 AWA 3.5
TOEFL - yet to take

Pls suggest some good university...
