I am new to the process of applying to the us universities. Can you me help in this:

1. Will submitting the online application before the deadline is all that is needed or does packet has to reach the University by then?

2. Do we have to send the packet of transcripts and other docs after an admit or before the deadline itself?

3. For the Universities do we have to report the  gre and TOEFL scores  officially from the testing center?? or uploading the scanned score report will do?

4. I have already sent the official score reports from the test center. How will the University be finding the application corresponding to those scores...do I have to provide any  details?

1. You can send the transcripts later. They deadline for transcripts to reach is usually 2 weeks after the application deadline. Once check in their FAQs.

3. You need to send the scores through ETS. While filling the application, you need to enter you GRE and TOEFL score, that's it. They don't usually ask for scanned copy, but if they do you need to upload your scanned copy. Sending scores through ETS is mandatory.

4. While filling the application they ask for your unique number which will be on your GRE and TOEFL hallticket. That's how they'll match you scores and application.
