Does online bca degree from manipal university recognised in Germany for mca?

I intend to apply for an online BCA Programme from Manipal University because I want to pursue MCA from a public university in Germany after finishing my undergraduate studies but I'm not sure if an online programme will be recognized in Germany. Kindly help
