Thanks a lot for the reply. I have already received the transcripts from Anna University and got the same for consolidated mark sheets. Just a little confused about the degree photocopy to be sent to WES.

You will be in need of your official transcripts and degree certificate as general requirements. You can create an WES account with your email and update your academic details, the list of documents to be submitted will be displayed before you proceed to pay

I hope there must be some specific procedure to apply for transcripts from Anna university. It differ from university to university and I guess it's around Rs 500 per set, and you would be have to submitted photocopies of your mark sheet to the respective department of administration or controller of examinations along with the DD or as per the instructions given by your university. It will be verified by the registrar of your university and sent back to you in a week or two. I would suggest you to directly contact the concerned department for further queries. Best of luck.

I hope that must be sufficient. If you are doubtful that your university did enclose degree/ course completion certificate. Kindly make sure about further alternatives. I hope whatever stuff they have provided in your sealed transcript cover is sufficient
