Hi Himaja, here is the process:-
You need to add the beneficiary from your bank account online. The Mumbai Bank of America will have a unique account number that will recognize payment only from your account, so when you pay an MRV will be automatically generated.
Once you add beneficiary, wait for it to get accepted, then make the payment to the exact value as mentioned on the page.
Save the transaction details immediately, as it may be asked during the VI.
Once payment is done, wait for a few hours for the Bank of America to recognize and then reflect it onto that portal.
You can apply the MRV that appears on screen, and the process is complete!
