Discount on application fees for Masters in US through IDP.

Hi, I have paid 6000 ruppees as part of non refundable application amount for MS in USA through IDP. I am dropping the plan and have not initiated any of the application process with IDP team. They are not ok to refund the money now but they are comfortable on transferring the payment to another account.
