Can I prepare for GRE within a month?

I wrote my ielts a week back and yet to receive my results, can I prepare for GRE in one month?I was looking for applying to US , but I have hardly anytime left and My only option is to apply for gre waiving off universities in spring 2023, because For fall 2023 I don't if Universities would waive off GRE
My current profile is as follows:
Cgpa:8.6
Work experience:1.9 years as web developer
