Can i get admission in us universities with 60% cgpa

Hi ,my major computer science and i am 2020 relieved and passout on 2022 , with 60% and having 7 backlogs is it possible to get good Universities ?

Yes its possible.
You can get into some decent universities.
Make sure you are strong in other aspects of admission like SOP, LOR, test scores and so on.
