I am a bit confused about my University Short List. Take a look at my profile and the list that I've made, and please help me finalize it. I may have messed up my categories for Amb, Mod, Safe so please correct me.

***PROFILE***
GRE : 316 (V-155, Q-161)
TOEFL : 113
CGPA : 7.93 (ECE)
Work Exp : 2.5 years
No Papers.
Desired course for MS : Computer Science.

***UNIVERSITIES ***
Ambitious:
1. Georgia Tech
2. Texas A&M U
3. University of Pennsylvania
4. Virginia Tech

Moderate:
5. Ohio State University
6. Pennsylvania State University
7. North Carolina State University (NCSU)
8. Iowa State University
9. Rice University
10. University of Florida

Safe:
11.University of Arizona
12. Arizona State University (confused between these 2)
13. University of Texas, Dallas
14. University of Illinois, Chicago
15. North Eastern University

Of course, I will not apply to so many. I would like to bring the list down to 8-9 Unis. Please help me eliminate some of the choices. And kindly let me know if I made a mistake in my categorization. Also, if you are aware of any Unis that only require 2 LORs, please mention.

Please mention whether your work experience is related to the CS specialisation you are looking for.

If it's irrelevant, then the universities in mod category is Ambi and safe is mod.

About 2 LORs, NYU, UIC... Check on others.

Yeah but also take into consideration that people with GRE 320+, CGPA 8.5+, CS background with same work experience also apply for the same.

That's why it's ambitious. You can apply and try your luck.

Yes IITs and NITs have a small plus, if your class rank is in top 5%(Stated in LOR), then it would help a lot.

@Suresh I have been working on Optical Management System (Computer Network) as a full stack developer. So I have some experience with both Web Dev as well as back end dev. Will this justify my list of Unis ? And is Texas A&MU even worth considering with my profile?

@Suresh One question : Does it make any difference if you have done your B.Tech from  NITs (NIT Warangal in my case) or other colleges like BITs, IITs? It's usually tough to get a good CGPA in such colleges. So just wondering if the admission dept in US Unis take this into consideration.

I just came across a thread in quora which placed Arizona State over University of Arizona. Most importantly, look for the coursework and faculty to compare both.
