Hi Harish, Universities cannot be suggested on this basis only..A thorough understanding of your profile is needed before shortlisting suitable universities...

Canadian universities are not very expensive when it comes to tution fees so you wont spend much money even if you dont get scholarships..It is worth pursuing the MS in Canada and the Canadian Universities stress on academic performance and toefl scores mainly...
