Anyone who has applied to UCI for MS in CS, can you tell if personal statement is also required alon

Anyone who has applied to UCI for MS in CS, can you tell if personal statement is also required along with SoP. On the application requirements page there is no where mentioned the need for personal statement. However in the application form they have asked for personal statement. I referred the following links:

Please help, as the deadline is approaching.
