I have done btech in electronics and communication and want to go for ms electrical and computer engineering in ucla my back ground is

work experience at the time of applying 2 years (3
years by the time i go) as sde in fortune 500
3 month internship with govt of india rural development project undertaken for farm to
consumers
GRE not planned to take up
should i apply to any other of the UC if not UCLA?
