Admit chances into UC Davis / UCSB / UCSC for MS in computer science

Hello ,
Considering UC schools like UCSB/UCD have waived off gre and are prohibited from reviewing those scores , requesting the viewers to please evaluate me chances into UCD/UCSB/UCSC based on the below profile,

IELTS (7.0)
B.E : PESIT (VTU) 8.72 cgpa ( computer science and engineering)
1 year internship exp at multilex tech (Under EDI)
1.5 years of work exp at ANZ banking group
1 professional research paper( not yet published) research timeline : 1.5 yrs
7-8 projects in CSE at undergrad level and participation in clubs like IEEE, ACM and hackathons .
