The VO just rejected the guy before me. It made me a bit nervous. But still made up my mind to be cool and stepped forward.

ME: Good Morning Officer.
(no response from the VO)

VO: Pass me your passport and i20
ME: Passed my passport and i20.

VO: So Northeastern University?
ME:
Yes.

VO: what other universities you got admit from?
ME:
(I actually applied only to top 3 universities in my list two in USA and 1 in Canada. Got admit from Northeastern university and university of Waterloo in Canada. So when he asked this, I didn’t want to tell that I got admit only from this university)
University of Waterloo. Actually I applied only to 4 universities. Purdue University, University of Southern California, Northeastern University and University of Waterloo

VO: (a bit annoyed) how many you got admits from?
ME:
2.

VO: What's the GRE score?
ME:
My GRE score is 305

VO: Why this course?
ME:
I was working in Accenture for 2 years. I was into Project Management during that tenure. So I developed interest towards management. But my BE was in technical. So I wanted a common ground between both. Hence I chose Engineering management

VO: Sorry, I cant approve your visa now. (handed me the blue slip with 1st box ticked)
marked me a potential immigrant.
