For undergraduate admissions, students must apply through the American University of Beirut’s (AUB) centralised admissions portal. Applicants are required to submit academic transcripts, standardised test scores (SAT or ACT), a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and proof of English language proficiency. Admission is competitive and based on academic merit, with consideration for leadership and extracurricular involvement.
For graduate admissions (including the MBA, Executive MBA, Master’s in Finance, and Master’s in Human Resource Management), applications are submitted online through the AUB Graduate Council. Applicants must provide:
- Academic transcripts
- GMAT or GRE scores (may be waived for some programs)
- CV/resume
- Statement of purpose
- Letters of recommendation
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS)
- Shortlisted applicants may be called for an interview.
Visa Requirements:
International students must obtain a Lebanese student visa before the program begins. AUB assists with visa documentation, including the official acceptance letter. Students should also submit proof of funds and a valid passport.
