Which University is best UTA or UMKC for MS CS

I got admit in both Universities but in UTA i got prerequisites, can anyone help me in choosing the best choice.

Suggest which University to pick for MS CS. Got admits from UMKC & University of Oklahoma.
Tuition fees + living expenses are same for both. So i would like to know which University is better based on other other things except cost.

University selection for Ms in IE I have admits from, Suny buffalo, UIC , Houston, UTA Which is best on job opportunities, location and curriculum.
