Shortlist universities in USA for CS. Planning for spring 23

Hi I want help in shortlist universities

-Bachelors in ECE - 8.81 cgpa no backlogs
-1 year work experience as Software Engineer and working 
-1 ML project, 1 IoT project, 1 industry level project using.net
-3 month app developer internship
-ielts 7, gre yet to be given

Can u send me top 100 univs for CS with total budget under 35 lakhs with tuition fees and living expenses.

And also i was told that students with Bachelors in ECE can't do well in CS is it true?

Also I'm in dilemma with course selection, i want to know which course has more job opportunities and salary? CS or MIS or data science?

Hi,
In my opinion, I would not be able to recommend you any top 100 universities if you are changing Branches from ECE to CS. The chances of an admit are slim. You have a better chance of getting into the top 100 with MIS, MS computer engineering.  I would recommend you to connect with students who have changed fields. Santa Clara University is one such university that accepts students who change fields. You can start here. Connect with students who have changed fields. Go through their profiles. Check which universities they applied to and got admitted to and then shortlist the universities.
