Hello. UCSB would be my dream admit among all the universities that I’m shortlisting this year but I’d like to know if there’s a chance at all that I might get in considering my CGPA isn’t high and I don’t have any research paper published and since UCs aren’t considering GRE at all. Would also appreciate if someone commented on my chances for UCD/UCSB.

CGPA - 8.33
GRE - 318
TOEFL - 110
1 internship + 3.5 years of work experience
1 project certificate from GoI
5 years of various leadership positions at a national NGO
