Please Suggest me?

I'm Pursing My Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology In last Semester.I have 5 th year degree with 10 backlogs . My CGPA is 9.14 in 6th semseter.
I wannu Purse My Maters in Engineering Management. Should I go With work experience Or Not .And From Which Unversity I can get Admits.
