Need help with my application

I applied for Industrial Engineering program for fall 2023 on 26th April 2023. I have now received an email asking me to complete the intent to enroll form.
Well, I applied by myself so I don't have any clue about the other requirements that are needed to be fulfilled like financial form and all.
Can anyone please help?
My admission will be confirmed once I accept the recommendation.
