MSCS University Decision Fall 2024

I am confused between MSCS at University of North Texas(UNT) and University of Central Florida(UCF) for fall 2024. UCF has better QS and CS rankings compared to UNT. But Florida is not a very good location for tech job opportunities. While Texas(Dallas, Austin) have many more tech opportunities. Tution fee is pretty much the same for both the unis. Can u please help me decide between these two.
