MS in IS at PACE or MS in CIS at New England College

I Got Admits from both MSIS in PACE and MS-CIS in NEC I am not sure which is the best option, in accordance with VISA APPROVAL, LIVING COST, and OPPORTUNITIES, although PACE is costlier compared to NEC. And would appreciate any info related to Financial Aids
