MS in datascience course , Missing subjects in college course.

my college curriculum doesnt have calculus , but the university for MS in US are expecting that calculus is must. I have taken CSE with a specialisation. so it wasnt available.

now how do i cover up the missing calculus subjects?

can i learn from coursera and show them that i have learnt it , even though in the academics they didn't include?

or what is the option? please help
