Hi Debarati, A management focused job role can be attained from either of the two degrees after some point of time in your career based on your experience. If business side of things is what you wish to pursue soon after graduation, go to UCI, since it has a management course and California will pay much higher!
Northwestern is a great school but its private and will be much more expensive than UCI. So you should pick based on your budget as well. Join the university groups from the links below, and discuss in the groups as well:-
