Yes, Vinay. There is a chance, since there are still some Universities that have their application open. But it won't be the case for long. If you are planning to apply for fall 2023, then you need to hurry up. You must try to do it in the month of April itself. I believe you have alreayd given IELTS/TOEFl etc. right?
