I'm a dependent of H1B visa holder, need a best course to go as an F1

Hi all, I'm an IIM grad developing high quality carbon projects in India. I'm now a H1B dependent who is exploring a good way to enter the US as an F1, finish a good course and secure a job. Can someone help me the best way to scout for short term courses in good universities? Thanks.

2.) University of Cincinnati (MengCs)- 1 year course with 9.5k scholarship ,Costs around 15 lakhs Which should I go for
