I got a mail from IITC saying my application is Incomplete due to insufficient transcripts. They want me to upload my original marksheets and not attested transcripts. anyone else received such mail? what do I do.. upload scanned original?

Went through some discussions.. they are saying even if u upload original marksheets, it's still giving the insufficient transcripts mail.
