IELTS EXAM results and sending scores

I am planning to register for IELTS. I have a doubt.
While registering for the test, if someone skips the RO details section and after getting results (in 3-5 days for computer based test) wants to send the e-TRF to universities, so will there be additional charges and they lose on the chance of sending the first 5 TRF for free? #masters #phd #Ielts #IELTS #IELTS. #gre #toefl
