I gave interview in Dalhousie University 2 weeks back and they told me that you will get the result

I gave interview in Dalhousie University 2 weeks back and they told me that you will get the result in 2 weeks. Now after sending an inquiry mail they are telling me to wait for 1 more week. What should I expect for result?
