I applied for artificial intelligence and data analysis in Saskatchewan polytechnic in Saskatoon campus, I was shortlisted but I am being asked a non refundable amount of 10,000 CAD, I logging to their account and saw my offer letter too, if anyone else joined there if you can confirm that this is how it happens I can proceed to payment.
