Hi Srinivasarao Muvva,

Speaking is a conversation test. Minor stammering is fine, but continuous stammering is noticeable and may lead to deduction in your band score. 
This can happen because you just haven’t practiced speaking English enough. To help you get over this, you should sit down for 10 minutes a day and read out loud. You can read from newspapers, novels, anything! In this way, you will take away your worries about vocabulary, grammar and ideas, and simply practice getting the words out in a smooth way.

IMP TIP - Record yourself. Record your voice or tell your friends to record your video so that you  can understand your speaking skills and body language while you speak. Reading any book is good but reading it aloud gives you confidence of pronunciation and understanding about the language you are reading.

Practice as often as you can and pay attention to the above tips.
