Hi , i got admit to University of Cincinnati for this fall Ms in CS thesis which would take upto to 3 years but it can complete in 2.5 years.otherwise i got admit in to Ms in CS in Wichita State University

Wichita State University Ms in CS is normally 2 years which is better to join . I am in so much confusion. Can anyone help

Hi,
TA and RA are given 1st preferences for thesis programs. Thesis programs are research-based.
Overall, the University of Cincinnati is better than Wichita state in ranking, course catalog, and alumni network and has a better campus. 
My suggestion would be to go with the University of Cincinnati. it would be better for the long run.

Yes, it's okay to take up thesis. Full time opportunities are based on skill sets and not 'thesis or non thesis' programs.
