Hi , i got admit to University of Cincinnati for this fall Ms in CS thesis which would take upto to 3 years but it can complete in 2.5 years.otherwise i got admit in to Ms in CS in Wichita State University

Hi,
TA and RA are given 1st preferences for thesis programs. Thesis programs are research-based.
Overall, the University of Cincinnati is better than Wichita state in ranking, course catalog, and alumni network and has a better campus. 
My suggestion would be to go with the University of Cincinnati. it would be better for the long run.
