Hi guys. 
I have a B tech  in electronics and telecom (64%) and want to switch to CS for MS and have a work ex of 11 months in networking. 
Gre - 315 (Q-161 , V-154, A-3)
IELTS- 8 overall 
I have shortlisted 
1. University of Houston 
2. NEU
3. Rutgers
4. IIT Chicago
5. NYU 
6. SDSU

Can you please suggest universities  to be added to or removed from the list  ?

Your scores look decent and the universities go with it. You can even try UIC and UFL (this might be mod ambi).  All of this aside, make sure your SOP presents a strong reasoning in regards with the change of field. Your scores won't help if sop goes weak in that respect. All the best.
