Hi everyone. Looking for some suggestions in University selection. Please help

I don't have GRE and IELTS. My Duolingo score is 135. My CGPA in Btech is 6.97. I have 2 years 8 months work experience. I had 10+ backlogs in Btech, but I cleared them before last sem. Would you please suggest me some Universities and according to my profile.! And which courses should I try CS , DS, AI, CIS. Which have less competition? Please help me.
