Hey..I want some help in the university shortlisting.

I have an overall Sgpa of 9.33. 3 projects and 2 review papers and 3 internships. I am yet to give my GRE and TOEFL. I want to apply for MS in Biotechnology. And am a scholarship dependent student. What are the other things which I can do to enhance my profile.
